Agreement to these terms

By using ConsultHub UAE, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What ConsultHub is (and isn't)

ConsultHub is a discovery marketplace that helps clients find and directly contact independent consultants in the UAE. We are not an agency or an employer of consultants, we do not provide consulting services ourselves, and we do not take a commission on any engagement.

Any agreement, fee, or engagement is strictly between you and the consultant. We are not a party to it.

Vetting, not a guarantee

Every consultant is vetted before being listed — we verify credentials, experience, references, and any licence the profession requires. Vetting reduces risk but is not a guarantee of any outcome, and it does not replace your own due diligence. Always satisfy yourself that a consultant is right for your needs before engaging them.

Contacting consultants and reference codes

When you request a consultant's contact details, we provide them together with a unique reference code. Quoting the code helps keep the directory honest and enables verified reviews. You are responsible for how you communicate with consultants.

Reviews

Reviews must be genuine and based on real interactions. They are tied to verified contact events and moderated before publishing. We may remove reviews that are false, abusive, or violate these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service — including scraping, attempting to bypass security or rate limits, impersonating others, posting unlawful content, or using consultant contact details for spam or unsolicited marketing.

Intellectual property

The ConsultHub name, brand, and site content are our property or used with permission. Consultant-provided content remains the responsibility of the consultant who supplied it.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, advice, or services of any consultant, or for any loss arising from an engagement you enter into. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
